Promotional Company Application Form

We’d love to work with you! To qualify for a distributor account, your business should meet the following:

  • You’re a registered, active business under the Canada Business Corporations Act with a valid GST number.
  • You’re a promotional products company whose main focus is providing decorated apparel and related items to other businesses and organizations.
  • You have a valid PPAI or ASI membership number.
  • Your distributor account will be used to serve your clients — not primarily to decorate apparel for your own business or affiliates.
